About these terms
By using this website or placing an order with PEANZO, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Our products
PEANZO sells peanut butter powder in two variants, Original (100% Pure Peanut Butter Powder) and Chocolate, in 200g jars. Product images on this website show our actual packaging. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. The label on the product you receive is the definitive source of product information.
Prices
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). The current prices are ₹219 for one 200g jar and ₹399 for a Pack of 2 (two jars of the same flavour). Shipping charges are extra and are paid by the customer.
We may change prices from time to time. The final total we confirm with you on WhatsApp, including shipping, is the price that applies to your order. If an error in a price is discovered, we will let you know before your order is confirmed.
How ordering works
This website does not have an online checkout. To order:
- Choose your product, pack option and quantity, and tap Order on WhatsApp.
- Send the pre-filled message with your name and delivery address including PIN code.
- We reply to confirm availability, the shipping charge for your location, your final total and payment details.
- Your order is confirmed once you accept the final total and complete payment as agreed with us on WhatsApp.
Sending a message does not by itself create a confirmed order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, we cannot deliver to your location, or the order details cannot be verified. If you have already paid for an order we cannot fulfil, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution.
Payment
Payments are arranged manually through WhatsApp. This website does not collect payment card or banking details. Please only make payments using the details shared with you directly by PEANZO in your order conversation, and never share card numbers, PINs, OTPs or passwords with anyone.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will review your request and let you know what is possible, depending on the status of your order.
Shipping, returns and order issues
Delivery estimates and shipping charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or misrepresented product, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
